Lek Lai Tarad blessed by Thai guru monk Ajaan Paed of Wat Sawang Arlom, Nakom Pathom province.

Lek Lai Tarad blessed by Thai guru monk Ajaan Paed of Wat Sawang Arlom, Nakom Pathom province.

To let go for:
- small piece in steel casing S$58 a piece
- medium size piece in steel casing S$68 a piece
- large size piece in steel casing S$100 a piece

The above Lek Lai Tarad have been blessed by guru monk Ajaan Paed of Wat Sawang Arlom, Nakom Pathom. Naturally, Lek Lai Tarad has power though.

All these Lek Lai Tarad have been brought into Singapore by a Thai monk who is a friend of Ajaan Zhor and Ajaan Yod, and passed to me, and entrusted to me to let go to people.

Function:
- General Protection (Klew Kladd: protection from harm or danger)
- Kongkrapan: Protection from physical harm
- Protection against black magic and psyhic attack
- Protection against evil spirits
- Metta/Charisma enhancement

Method of wearing:
- Ajaan Yod says you can wear it above or below waist; you can wear it in trousers pocket; you can use it as a keychain or hang it to your handphone

Note: Ajaan Yod says no need to feed it with honey. But he says you can feed it with honey also if you want. He says it is not for certain it will grow after you feed it with honey.

A wide selection of Lek Lai Tarad is available. Each piece is unique. For the full selection (and more information on Lek Lai Tarad), please see my Thai Amulet Facebook page (I will add more pictures of the Lek Lai Tarad available to let go there when I have the time):

http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.166623496737462.41150.153997911333354

The belief of how Lek Lai Tarad came about:
- Many years ago, ancient Lersi who have reached a high spiritual level infuse their power into surrounding rock/stone and the stone transformed into what we know as Lek Lai Tarad.

(Please note that Lek Lai Tarad is not the same as Lp Ong's rae lek lai. Lp Ong's rae lek lai came from a deva from a cave)

Lek Lai Tarad is believed to be guarded by devas and ordinary people can't get it by themselves without getting permission (can be through ceremonial ritual) from the devas or they will be faced with negative consequences (like falling ill without any apparent cause).

Important note:
These Lek Lai Tarad are not to be mistaken for Kod Lek Lai although they may look similar in appearance at first. Lek Lai Tarad is more shiny and has a glossy look, unlike Kod Lek Lai which has a dull appearance. Lek Lai Tarad can be shaped and "polished", and then fit into amulets (like Lp Samrit's famous Lek Lai Somdej).

Ajaan Yod (Thai guru monk) will be in Singapore from 9/7/2011 (Saturday) to 17/7/2011 (Sunday) to meet devotees.

Hi everyone,

I am happy to invite Ajaan Yod (a Thai guru monk) to Singapore. This is the first event I am hosting and I hope you all will be kind towards me if I do not meet your expectations in organizing it. Constructive feedback and suggestions would be welcome by me.

Ajaan Yod will be in Singapore from 9/7/2011 (Saturday) to 17/7/2011 (Sunday) to meet devotees.

This event is open to people of all religious faiths as well as to people with no religion.

The purpose of meeting devotees is to allow devotees a chance to make merits for themselves, for their present and future lives.
Merit-making is done by devotees to build good Karma (Cause and Effect) for themselves until they attain Enlightenment in this or some
future life.

Generally speaking, all actions have consequences, and good deeds done sincerely will create causes for future happiness for oneself and others. When one talks about giving, it is not so much what one gives or how much one gives, but rather the sincerity or good intentions behind the giving. Even if one has nothing to give, an act of kindness which does not cost any money will create good merits for oneself and will benefit others.

A kind act done by oneself for the benefit of others which does not cost money is worth more than moutains of riches donated by a tycoon to build temples, in my view and from my understanding.

The following are the ways devotees can make merit:
1) Donate food directly to Ajaan Yod (Call me at +65 81336127 to make arrangements)
2) Donate things to Ajaan Yod for his use
- toothpaste, toothbrush, soap
- medicine, medical oil and so on
- clothing to keep warm in cold weather, blankets
- tea, milo, horlicks and so on
3) Donate money of any amount in a red packet to Ajaan Yod (Ajaan Yod will use the money for his basic needs, such as food and drink,
transportation, accommodation, as well as to pay for his mother's medical bills)

Venue of event:
Phra Geomancy
450 Sims Avenue #450-4
(beside Geylang Lor 29) Singapore 387540

Dates and timing: 9/7/2011 (Saturday) to 17/7/2011 (Sunday)
Daily from 1.30pm to 8pm (Monday to Friday)
Sat: 12.30pm to 8.30pm
Sun:12.30pm to 8.30pm

Please note: I am arranging for Ajaan Yod to be at Roger's and Thomas' amulet shop (at Grandlink Square) for 2 days during this period
(should be on 14th and 15th July 2011). Details will be confirmed later.

For those who want to support Ajaan Yod in other ways, this is what he can offer:

Sakyant (from S$38 onwards) (recommended as Sakyant is Ajaan Yod's speciality)

Krop Sian S$18 onwards (Blessing of Lersi or Pikanet/Ganesha)

Flower bath ritual to enhance blessings and luck (S$28) (promotional price)

Personal blessing S$8

Couple blessing S$12

Family blessing S$12 upwards (depending on size of your family)

Car Blessing S$28

House Blessing S$150 (excluding transport cost for Ajaan Yod to and from your house; if you can provide a meal for Ajaan Yod after
the blessing, I am sure Ajaan Yod would appreciate the kind gesture)

Shop Blessing S$150 onwards (price depends on size of your shop and nature of your business) (Please contact me at +65 81336127 and I will advise you accordingly)

For those in extreme financial difficulty but still would like to receive some sort of blessing from Ajaan Yod, please call or sms
me at +65 81336127 to discuss the possibility of special concession or arrangement.

For the first 2 days of the event (9th July 2011 to 10th July 2011), I will try to get another Thai guru monk to be at the shop to offer fortune telling service and changing luck ritual service (with white cloth). Details will be announced later.

More information on Ajaan Yod (including his brief biography and picture) will be announced later).

Currently, I am planning for one of the days during the period of 9th July 2011 to 17th July 2011 for Ajaan Yod to take a tour of Singapore (for example, visiting temples in Singapore and some other scenic places). But I have not confirmed which day it would be. So please check back this blog for a future update about this. Best is to call or sms me before going down. Thank you.

(By the way, you are all invited to join Ajaan Yod on this tour also, but call or sms me in advance so that I can plan the outing better. Thank you)

Please note: For Amulet blessing and Sakyant blessing (just donate a red packet of any amount directly to Ajaan Yod) (this donation will entirely be his to keep)

Announcement: Now I am one of the specialist Thai amulet dealers in LP Lersi Parai's amulets as well :-)

Dear all, please take note that now I am one of the specialist Thai amulet dealers in LP Lersi Parai's amulets as well. :-)

Lp Lersi Parai takrut (with his monk robe, lersi robe and holy hair)

Lp Lersi Parai takrut (with his monk robe, lersi robe and holy hair)

To let go for: S$58

Function:
- Metta (enhances charisma) for improving inter-personal relationships and good for those in sales line
- Physical protection (Krongkrapan)

Dimensions: 5.2cm long, 0.6cm diameter.

Luangpu Pong / Luangpu lersi parai is a mountain monk from Bukao Kwai (buffalo horn mountain , laos) ภูเขาควาย Laos , 89 years old (as of 2011). It is a place which many monks go to after learning wicha(magic) to test thier own cultivation but there are many that never came out again. In Thailand, monks who are able to survive after going to Bukao Kwai are highly respectable. Many guru monks like Luangpu Lersi Proma, Luangpu Wean , Luangpu Mun (Ajaan Mun) and many more are some of those that went into this mountain and came out again. Luangpu Lersi Parai is one of those who have resided in this mountain.Today you can go ask the older monks where Bukao Kwai is, and the knowledgeable ones would tell you that monks/spiritual practitioners who can come out from this mountain are powerful. Luangpu Lersi Parai wears both monk and lersi robes.

The locals gave him the name Parai (which means "a cutting knife") because they say that he is like a sharp pointed knife which no demons or animals can harm him as he is able to live in the mountains unharmed throughout the year.

Lp Lersi Parai is both a monk and lersi (ascetic) and he is specialized in the ritual for clearing bad Karma (Cause and Effect) of present and past lifetimes, as well as skilled in healing people's illnesses which might otherwise be untreatable by conventional medical science.

How to venerate relics

Hi all,

a customer asked me to provide him with more information on how to venerate relics. The veneration (showing respect to) of relics depends on Buddhist tradition. I vaguely recalling reading about a detailed account of how to venerate relics in the Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It is a comprehensive account. Unfortunately, at the moment, I am not able to locate the book I vaguely recall reading about this matter.

Neverthess, one may refer to this Wikipedia article in the meantime:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Offering_(Buddhism)

In short, one may make offerings to relics in the following ways:
- Offer flowers (lotus, for example)
- Offer incense
- Offer water (you can place the water in a bowl or cup)
- Offer lights (lighting a candle, for example; or electronic candles or lights may also be used as a substitute)
- Offer fruits, food and/or drinks
- Offer music (example: electronic recording of Buddhist chants)

The main purpose of making offerings to relics (or venerating them) is to gain merits and show respect to a tangible manifestation of the realization of Buddha's teachings. It is possible that the more devoted one is, the more offerings one makes, the more likely the relics might multiply and maybe the faster they would multiply. According to a friend of mine, this is what happened to his friend's relics as his friend is very zealous in making 24 hour offerings in various forms to his relics.

Customized amulets to offer (plus other specialized services)

Update: I am in the process of working towards bringing a Thai guru monk to Singapore to bless devotees and to offer special services. I am currently planning a trip to Thailand to meet him. Please let me know what sort of special services you require before my trip and what sort of customized amulets you need and I will meet the monk to discuss what can be done. Thanks!

This is just a survey: I need to know what sort of customized amulets you need. As I will be talking to the monk to see if he can make amulets customized just for you. Perhaps on this trip I can bring back some customized amulets on a small scale to let go if you can give me your feedback quickly and before my trip. Thanks!

2) To provide Thai Amulets and other mystical items to the common folk to help them in various circumstances in life where they need an extra boost.
3) To provide Thai Amulets of collectible or investment value to collectors, from basic collectors to high-end collectors.
4) To find good Thai guru monks or Ajaans (magicians), and introduce them to Singaporeans to assist them in their various undertakings in life or to give them blessings for that extra boost which might make a difference. (for example: boosting luck)
5) To find good masters to assist people solve problems that cannot be solved by conventional or mainstream means (for examples, problems such as: being under spiritual attack, curses, possession, under attack from black magic or magical entities)
6) To provide assistance for people to walk on the path to spiritual cultivation, regardless of religious affiliation. For example, in Buddhism the ultimate goal is Enlightenment. In other religions, the ultimate goal may be described with different names, but from my understanding, it is the same goal.

Updated introduction ((work-in-progress/under construction)

Hi all.

Thanks for viewing and following my humble blog. Feel free to browse around. Do join my Thai Amulet Facebook page too to keep updated about what I have to offer and event updates (bringing in of Masters to Singapore, for example)

I am collector of Thai Amulets and other mystical objects and I started this business in the hopes that, besides making it profitable and sustainable for the long term, it will continue to serve the needs of the wider community, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, collectors and non-collectors of Thai amulets alike.

                                           (above picture: Lersi Pu Kasem)

I am currently renting a counter in Phra Geomancy and they have invited Lersi Pu Kasem (a Thai master) to their shop in Singapore to bless devotees. Lersi Pu Kasem will be in Singapore from 6 June 2011 to 12 June 2011:

http://phra-geomancy.blogspot.com/2011/05/phra-geomancy-invites-lersi-pu-kasem-to.html

For information on Lersi Pu Kasem, including his brief biography, please see (website not related to me):

(Note to all: Please note that I currently rent an amulet counter in this shop Phra Geomancy. But I am just a tenant in the shop. This particular event --- bringing in Lersi Pu Kassem--- to Singapore to the shop to bless devotees, is solely organized by the staff and management of Phra Geomancy. I neither belong to the staff or management of Phra Geomancy, and I have no share in the costs and revenue associated with this event. Neither am I involved in the operation of this event (but if the boss is suddenly short of staff and requests my assistance, I will try to help out for the day). However, I am grateful to the staff and management of Phra Geomancy for kindly allowing me to rent an amulet counter in their shop, and it is for this reason I will try to help them promote this event and their future events or assist them in any small way I can, for as long as I still rent a counter in their shop)

Hin Hoi stone animals or mysterious shell amulets (by LP Ong)

Hin Hoi stone animals or mysterious shell amulets (by LP Ong)

To let go for: S$20 each

Function: LP Ong has blessed these natural shell-creature amulets to improve one's wealth luck, and for business luck.

These Hin Hoi stone animals or mysterious shell animals are found in various places in the world, not just in Thailand.

There are 2 kinds: alive and dead ones.

If they are still 'alive', they are said to be able to move when one puts a bit of lemon juice under them. (please see video below; video not related to me)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hl8iTVtNBjw&feature=player_embedded

Some people say that these shell creatures (if alive), can mate and multiply with time, and even grow. It has been said that some people started with only 2 of these shell creatures, and over them, they multiply into more and more. (perhaps the 2 need to be 1 male and 1 female to start with)

The ones I have to let go are already dead, but properly chanted by LP Ong.

How to use these shell creatures:
- You can carry it (or them) with you in your trousers pocket (you can carry 2 of them with you, as a pair)
- You can also place them on your altar or place of business

Cave Relics distributed by LP Soonthorn (Ubonratchathani)

Cave Relics distributed by LP Soonthorn (Ubonratchathani)

To let go for: S$30 a small bottle

My blog follower price: S$25 a small bottle

Source and brief information:
This type of relic is called "Prathat Pra Oraharn). These are relics left behind when arahants or other Enlightened Beings pass away. These relics were kept by LP Soonthorn (Wat Pa Ban Deang, of Ubonratchathani province) for some time before he distributed them to people upon request. They were kept at an altar in his temple, and it was noticed that these relics kept multiplying and multiplying and multiplying. So LP Soonthorn decided to distribute them to others. LP Soonthorn was the one who found these relics in a cave.

Relics are, in brief, "by-products" of Enlightenment or spiritual attainment of gurus who have left us, and are priceless. The price I charge is for my service in getting these relics and to keep me in business to continue providing my service in future.

Function:
Relics are a sign of attainment of spiritually accomplished beings (or Enlightened Beings) who have left us, and are meant to:
- inspire us to attain Enlightenment ourselves
- remind us that Enlightenment is not just a myth but it is true and possible
- give those who have not had the chance to meet Enlightened Beings to pay respect to the relics as a way of showing respect to these Enlightened Beings
- Can be used by a master or ajaan or guru monk to remove or fight black magic or possessions
- To gain merits (for present and future lives) when housed in one's altar and venerated

Method of use:
- These relics can be placed on one's altar and one can make offerings (like a cup or glass of water, or/and with some flowers, for example) to them on a daily basis. One can also carry these relics around, as some believe they can protect you in the same way amulets can. In fact, many amulets contain relics.

About LP Soonthorn: He is the only disciple of LP Phromma (a highly-respected old-time guru monk who has left us) to be universally recognized as LP Phromma's disciple in Thailand.

LP Ong rae lek lai Nangphraya

LP Ong's Rae Lek Lai NangPhraya

To let go for: S$150 each

Material: About 20 pieces of standard size rae lek lai used to make 1 piece of rae lek lai Nangphraya.

Function:
It has the same functions as his rae lek lai:
- For making wishes and having them granted (reasonable wishes only)
- To make holy water
- Protection from harm or danger (all kinds)
- Protection from black magic and evil spirits
- Enhancing good luck
- Enhancing Metta/loving-kindness so that others are more likely to be nicer to you and want to help you

Note/Feedback:
- Those wearing LP Ong's rae lek lai Nangphraya have reported that it sometimes mysteriously changes colour after wearing it for some time. Some believe the change in colour reveals certain things about the person wearing it (for example, how pure the person is).
- LP Ong is a high-calibre monk believed to have attained some high spiritual level, which also gives him psychic powers, and hence any amulet blessed or chanted by him is powerful.

LP Ong 2 Tail Lizard for luck enhancement

LP Ong's 2 Tail Lizard amulet for luck (wealth luck)

To let go for:S$80

Function:
1) Purely to enhance luck in general and for general wealth luck, including for business or sales
2) You can wear it to use it, or simply place it at your altar or place of business.
(Can be worn above or below waist)

Feature:
- Hand-written yants (magic symbols) in marker ink added to the plastic casing of the 2 tail lizard amulet by LP Ong himself

- Some people use this amulet to enhance their gambling luck. There has been some good feedback reported on the use of this amulet for improving gambling luck. (Users are advised not to be greedy and to stop gambling when they have won enough)

These 2 tail lizards are for real: they are genuine 2 tail lizards occuring in remote forests of Thailand. An accomplished and powerful Lersi, who greatly respects LP Ong, gave these 2 tail lizards to LP Ong to chant to help the user improve his/her gambling luck, for those who would use the money earned from gambling wisely (and not to encourage people to gamble or be addicted to gambling). The lersi (ascetic hermit) is also a good friend of LP Ong.

There is also a story told by a Singaporean of how his Thai taxi driver could not catch up with LP Ong no matter how fast the Thai driver walked, leading to speculation or belief that LP Ong has mastered the psychic power of time-space manipulation, a psychic power reputed to have been mastered by Shakyamuni Buddha (also known as Gotama Buddha or the historical Buddha of our era) himself.

LP Ong is 83 years old this year, from Thep Singha Harn Temple, Ubonratchathani province.

Brief information about LP Ong:

He is a disciple of Ajaan Mun's lineage. He is a forest monk who loves to go into meditation retreat in the deep forests of Thailand. There are many devotees in Thailand who have experienced good feedback after wearing amulets blessed or made by LP Ong.

More detailed information about LP Ong:

As of 2011, LP Ong is 83 years old, from Thep Singha Harn Temple, Ubonratchathani province.

His teacher is a disciple of meditation master and guru monk Ajaan Mun, who is one of the top monks of our era (some of the top monks of our era are Somdej Toh, LP Thuad, Ajaan Mun and Kruba Sriwichai) as well as a widely recognized arahant.

LP Ong loves to go Tudong (meditation retreat to attain self-realization) instead of attending to other matters such as administrative duties, which seems to be the occupation of some other monks. LP Ong is an old time guru monk of our generation and he uses the traditional ways of making amulets without skipping steps or taking short cuts. He makes sure that all his amulets have sufficient power before they can be released to the public.

LP Ong is famous for his Rae Lek Lai. This Rae Lek Lai amulet is his signature amulet or speciality. This Rae Lek Lai amulet is his most powerful amulet.

What rae lek lai is in brief:
Essentially all types of "Lek Lai" can be classified under 2 categories:
- There is a deva (a higher-being, like an "angel") in it
- It is a residue or it came from the "body" of a deva, or is a physical manifestation of the residue of a deva. (but there is no deva in the "Lek Lai")

How LP Ong obtained this rae lek lai:
- He got it from a deva in a cave in Laos. He needs to peform a special ceremony with chanting in the cave to request the deva in the cave to give up part of itself to LP Ong to use to help people.

How this Rae Lek Lai is obtained/blessed (more detailed information):
When LP Ong goes for his Tudong (meditation retreat to attain self-realization), he would go to some deep and remote cave where the Mother Lek Lai could be found. He would then do his chanting to ask the Mother Lek Lai to release the Rae Lek Lai to him. Due to LP Ong's holy spiritual power, the Mother Lek Lai would agree and release some Rae Lek Lai to him. LP Ong would then use a candle flame to cut the Rae Lek Lai and thus obtain it. Each day, he could only obtain a small and limited quantity of Rae Lek Lai (about 20 at most).

As LP Ong grew older, it becomes more physically demanding for him to obtain the Rae Lek Lai, and so, expectedly, as the years go by, he could obtain less and less Rae Lek Lai per day.

LP Ong does not have any known disciple who has inherited his spiritual powers and no one at present has learnt how to obtain Rae Lek Lai from him.

Therefore it is widely believed that once LP Ong leaves this world, it would be much harder to obtain this Rae Lek Lai as hardly anyone knows how to do it anymore. So, there is a belief that his signature amulet --- the Rae Lek Lai amulet --- is worth collecting from a collector's and investment point of view.

This Rae Lek Lai amulet is one of LP Ong's most powerful amulets. It has many functions, and the benefits experienced by different people varies according to the individual's Karma (Cause and Effect). Some have their wealth luck enhanced due to this amulet; others benefit in other ways (such as career luck; improvement of their business; improvement of their metta/charisma or loving-kindness, so that it is more likely they will find someone willing to help them in whatever matter they need help in; and so on).

This Rae Lek Lai amulet is almost a powerful protection against black magic and evil spirits (it can do everything a Biagae or crowie shell amulet can do, and more).

You can also use this Rae Lek Lai amulet to make wishes (reasonable wishes of course). (Method will be told to those who get this amulet from me)

Kartha (what to chant) will also be given to those who get this amulet from me.

For this amulet, I have them in the forms shown in the pictures above.

1) Without encasing
2) Encased but with some of its surface exposed to the air for direct skin contact

For the Rae Lek Lai amulet encased but with some of its surface exposed to the air for direct skin contact, the advantage of having it encased this way is that:
- direct skin contact with the Rae Lek Lai amulet is believed to maximize its beneficial effects
- The exposed surface of the amulet allows it to be used to make holy water.

(For those who want this amulet fully encased in plastic casing, ready to wear, I have those too)

Feedback in brief:
) My client Kanesan and I had a phone conversation on 22/10/2010. He gave me good feedback after wearing LP Ong's Rae Lek Lai amulet. He says that ever since he wears it, things at work have been going reasonably smoothly for him. People seem to like him more. His communication with his colleagues have improved. He feels an overall improvement in his luck. He says that, for him, the effect of LP Ong's rae lek lai works faster than amulets. He says he even wears it to sleep. And when he wakes up, he puts it in water for 5 to 10mins, does some chanting. and uses the blessed water to
wash his face.

My brief comment:
I am glad Kanesan has experienced good effects from LP Ong's rae lek lai. Rae Lek Lai is a mystical object from nature. LP Ong is a good monk with high spiritual attainment and power. With his chanting/blessing, the Rae Lek Lai's power is enhanced. Nevertheless, no matter how good or powerful the amulet it, much also depends on one's Karma (Cause and Effect). Doing the right spiritual practice (preferably under the guidance of an authentic and spiritually realized or Enlightened Guru) and doing good deeds are important too. Any amulet, including LP Ong's Rae Lek Lai, is no substitute for right spiritual practice, doing good deeds and Karma (Cause and Effect). Rather, it is complementary to those.

Moreover, in tantric practice, when bad things happen to oneself, one's spiritual practice can become even more powerful. So, as one's spiritual practice becomes more advances, one need not fear bad things happening to oneself. For Mahamudra (briefly, the meaning used here is: a spiritual practice leading to Enlightenment; also: referring to the Ultimate Enlightened Reality itself) is beyond acceptance and rejection (so says Mahasiddha Tilopa, a fully-Enlightened being and yogi).

2) Ravan gave me some more feedback recently. According to him, this rae lek lai changed colour distinctly and noticeably sometime during his spiritual trip to India where he got blessings from his gurus and received some empowerments or performed some spiritual rituals or sadhanas. According to him, parts of the rae lek lai became more golden. (my comment: from what I understand, the rae lek lai could have changed colour to signify some spiritual transformation that Ravan had experienced; or the change in colour could be due to contact with some spiritual energy as part of the spiritual transformation process) (please see pictures below):
